Weight Lifting Rules for Skinny Guys

There are many guys who lean muscle mass. The reasons may be their poor hormonal environment or unfavorable genetics. They can make their muscles stronger but they have to remember some key factors while doing weight lifting:
Take Rest between Workouts:
Weight lifting is a calorie expensive activity and it will consume all your calories so, if you burn out all your calories in the gym, how you will grow? You have to plan your workouts in a way that you can take some rest in between your workouts.
Avoid Isolated Exercises:
Remember one thing. You are allowed to spend in the gym. So, just concentrate on the exercises that you required like squats, bench presses, dead lifts, rows and military presses. Just follow full body workout program and you will found new muscle mass.
Avoid Cardio:
Cardio will burn your precious calories which can be very useful in building your muscle mass so you should avoid exercises like treadmill. If you really want to keep up some cardio for general health sake, then just do it for two to three sessions of twenty minutes per week.
Rest:
Rest is very important for you after every workout in the gym. Sleep well in terms of getting full rest and growing stronger.
Proper Workouts:
You should maintain proper form of workouts during your weight lifting. It will help you in monitoring your muscle gain and prevents injuries. If you haven’t decided what your proper workout is, consult a trainer immediately.
Find a Guru:
Find someone who was a lean guy like you and then became a muscle man in short find a Guru. Take tips from him and use them effectively. Try some of his tried-and-true secrets and see if they work for you as well.
Sum up all these rules in your weight lifting sessions, try hard with proper techniques, eat properly and rest enough. You will get results definitely at some point of time.
