Glutamine has no muscle-building effects whatsoever. Glutamine makes up 2/3rd of the amino acids in our body. Glutamine is also a non-essential amino acid and it is produced itself in the body. The most important fact about glutamine is that during the stress, our amino acids are exhausted which can prevent muscle growth.
When to Use Glutamine?
Here are some situations where glutamine supplement will prove useful for the bodybuilder.
