Excessive stress leads to excess cortisol production in the body and lowers your testosterone and growth hormone secretion, which makes muscle building next to impossible and resulted in to a lot more body fat. Then arise, other problems like decreased immune response and higher frequency of injuries.
Meditation has been well known to reduce stress and relax the mind for centuries, and improves your overall health and physical appearance greatly. If your stress level decreases, you will automatically increase your muscle building considerably. You will experience greater energy, tighter work outs in the gym, faster muscle building and improved recovery.
Most gym coordinators, lifters and other fitness passionate individuals have mostly ignored the benefits of meditation. They also ignored the dramatic muscle building impact it has on your training as well as well being. Meditation helps very well in decreasing stress considerably. If you are an intense person, you have to make some serious changes in your life to reduce stress levels.
You should do the following things to experience the power of meditation:

Use it every night and always be ready for your meditation section.
