Look like a Female Fitness Model

More and more women are dreamt of looking like a fitness model today. It was a time when strong women were too masculine and unattractive. But the time has changed now. Today’s fitness models have strong muscle mass as well as softer appearance. These women are generating a great deal of male attraction today.
If you make some changes to your workout programs, you can get some results at least! (If not look like a fitness model)
Don’t afraid of Heavy weights in the gym:
Don’t afraid to pull up heavy weight in the gym. Just try to do a little more than you think you can do. Your body will respond to that and you will do better in next few weeks. Weights have the power to completely transform your body so this extra effort will make your body curvier. Don’t get frustrated if your body weight increase, because it may happen but you will still look smaller.
Don’t go to cardio section of the gym too much:
Even though you spend so many hours on treadmill, stair master or elliptical machine, you will not get much difference in results why? Because your body quickly adapts all the cardio training you do so if you continue to do that your calorie burning graph will fall considerably and you will not get much result. So if you really wanted to do that, then just do cardio training for about one month with only twenty minutes per day. You will get excellent result after one month.
Carbohydrates:
It’s not necessary that carbohydrates always do bad work. So as long as your carbohydrates remain under control, you don’t have to worry too much. Your body will also use them before and after your workouts to extract energy from it.
Fat Phobia:
Women always does better than men in terms of higher fat diet because of their hormonal make-up and body functioning. Do not scare of consuming fat in your diet as it will help you deal with hunger and help your food taste better. Ideally you should get 25 to 30% of your calories coming from a combination of healthy fats.
If you want to change the way you look, you need to change the way you train. Many women are capable of making great improvements to their bodies if they turn their training methods in right way.
