    How much protein powder does a person need?

    It is recommended to consume 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of your body mass. This means that if you are 100 pounds and 10% body fat (100 x 0.10 = 10 lbs of fat leaving 90 lbs of lean mass), you will require at least 90 to approximately 135 grams of protein per day.
