The new contact lens technology has become very convenient than ever especially for the modern youth of today. The younger generation is very particular about their looks and has started using contact lens on a regular basis. The advance in technology has also advanced the acceleration of novelty in contact lens vision technology.

The top 3 developments in the contact lens technology are mentioned here. One of the most improved or advanced technology is the availability of daily lenses. There used to be a time when the lens has to be soaked overnight in different solution in contact lens cases in order to clean them. This is available even today but the more advanced option of having daily lens has also been invented. One no longer has to worry about the bacteria overgrowth and contamination of lenses.

The daily lens takes care of all these problems. The second of the developments that has come now is the availability of UV protection for the contact lens. There was a time when one had to war sun glasses over the contact lens to protect the eyes from the harmful UV rays. This protection is made available with the contact lens itself. The final development in the contact lens technology is the availability of lens in fanciful colors. The latest contact lenses are not only available in various colors but they are also available in various patterns. The colors vary from blue to green and the patters vary from the floral to the checkered patterns.
