Build Muscle with Bands and Chains

It is very fashionable to use bands and chains for building muscle and strength these days.

But the fact is that there is no need to use bands or chains except you are extremely strong. It will not help much in building muscle or gaining strength. Lot of people have become ruthlessly strong for decades without using any bands or chains but plenty of guys continue to do so today.

If you are not capable of doing a full back squat with all the way to ground with no belt and faultless technique with 500lbs, you haven’t need of using bands or chains. It is quite simple thing, if you really need a tool to do some work, then only you should pull out it from the tool box. If you reached the capacity of doing 545lbs, then maybe it’s time to pull out the chains and bands, not before then. The problem is that when you integrate advanced methods before you actually need them, you miss out on the potential gains which they could provide.

It is become just like a fashion these days to use bands and chains for building muscle and strength. But if you are not strong, you will not earn any gain from using them because it will not help much in building muscles. And it’s not necessary either as lot of people in the past become very strong, even without using any bands and chains.

So you should suspend the bands and chains until you are really advanced and stick with more tools for building muscle. Remember that lot of people have become ruthlessly strong for decades without using any bands or chains, so it’s not necessary to that you can only build muscles with bands and chains.
