Build Big Biceps

Bulging biceps is every one’s dream. Building biceps has become almost an obsession for the young generation. But building biceps is not an easy thing at all. There are many problems in it. Let’s look at five of the most common problems with bicep training.
More is not always better:
Your goal of each weight training workout should be to exceed your last workout. When you achieve that target just move to another exercise. It’s not favorable to do one exercise again and again because more is not always better.
With bicep training:
The longer you train your biceps; you can achieve a fairly decent force. There is something to say about keeping blood in the muscle as long as possible. But if you do the workout with weights that do not overload your muscles and give emphasis to an increase in strength, your biceps will quickly go down back to normal with no true muscle growth.
Focus is not on increasing your overall strength
It is a wrong thinking of strengthen chest, back and shoulders. If you simply focus on increasing the weights on your rows, pull ups and chin-ups, your biceps will come along for the ride and grow proportionally. But if you overload your biceps, they will always be fatigued when you train your back muscles. That is the reason why you should take a lower volume approach to arm training.
To use the same bicep exercises every time
Every pro bodybuilder will recommend two simple exercises, barbell curls and dumbbell curls. These two simple exercises are safer no doubt but body builders will benefit from any exercise as they take steroids. There is no harm in using these two exercises as long as you are increasing the weights and reps relative to perfect form.
Not enough pressure on the muscle
The biceps have a tendency to give very strong response to constant tension. It means you should never give them a chance to take rest. You should always keep them under pressure. Your entire goal should be not to allow any oxygen into the muscle which creates a spike with your anabolic hormones to promote muscle growth.
