5 Powerful Tips on How to Gain Weight Fast

It is the fact that no one wants to be skinny and weak. Every one wants to be ripped and muscular because that’s the kind of look that attracts the ladies and earns respect from the others. But the question is how do I get that look? Here are some powerful tips to do that.
Add Weight:
You will never build any significant size with high reps and light weights. If you want to get huge you need to add weight to the bar and bring your reps down a bit.
Don’t Train For More Than 45 Minutes:
Your testosterone output increases considerably during a weight training workout. Though, it lasts for 45 minutes. Then your testosterone levels start to fall and cortisol levels start to rise. Cortisol eats muscle and increases body fat storage.
Follow the Law of Progressive Overload:
If you want to get big, you have to use progressive overload law in your training. It means that you must improve upon your previous performance every time you enter the gym. You can do this by whatever the way you like to do. By lifting heavier weights, doing more sets, doing more reps with the same weight, doing the same amount of work in less time or doing more work in the same amount of time. Just remember one thing, whatever you do, DON’T do the same thing as the last time you were in the gym. You must give your body a reason to grow and repeating the exact same workout won’t help your cause anyway.
Use immense and Compound Exercises:
Exercises like squats, dead lifts, military presses and rows should be included in your mass building workout program. These exercises build the most muscle and encourage the greatest testosterone production. Most machines ended up with a waste of time and do very little to help you. So stick with free weight movements like dumbbell presses and bodyweight exercises like chin ups and dips.
Eat More:
You have to consume enough calories to develop a massive muscular physique. You should eat every 2-3 hours and focus on getting one gram of lean protein per pound of bodyweight daily. Sufficient amount of clean carbs and healthy fats will also help your cause. Skinny guys should focus on foods like rice, potatoes, pasta. You should also consume 30% of your calories from healthy fats like avocado, nuts and cold pressed oils.
