5 Nutrition That Really Important For Kids Growth

Providing Healthy Eating For Kids not only provides a variety of foods by using food that is healthy, but as parents you must understand about the nutrients contained in food. Knowledge about nutrition is a matter that must be understood by parents. Nutrition is very important in helping the body growth and brain development of children, if parents understand the importance of nutrition it will know more of the best food for children and understand the nutrition needed by the child.
Nutrition are needed by children can be classified into five Kid Nutrition. This is very important to help the body growth, brain development and endurance of children. What are the five essential nutrients?
1. Calcium.
All parents have to understand that calcium is very good to help bone growth. Generally, calcium contained in milk, which is why the parents strongly encourage children to drink milk every day. Calcium needs can vary depending on the age of the child.
2. Magnesium.
Magnesium is a substance that plays an important role for the body. This substance is controlled 300 chemicals that occur in the body. Magnesium maintain cardiac function has remained stable so that the child is not easy to feel panicked that would quickly affect the performance of the heart. This substance can be obtained from avocado, almonds and spinach. Magnesium is very good for preventing heart attacks.
3. Vitamin D.
Does your child fall sick easily? If your child falls sick easily this can certainly be a burden for your thoughts. Healthy child is your wish as parent. To be not easy to get sick, give them food that contains vitamin D. These types of vitamins can be obtained from fish and milk. Food source is very easy to obtain. In addition, vitamin D also serves to assist in bone growth of children.
4. Vitamin E.
Vitamin E has a similar function as vitamin D is to maintain a child’s immune system. But vitamin E had more beneficial by preventing cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease and prevent eye infections in children. This type of vitamins are easily found mainly in foods like nuts, kiwi and broccoli.
5. Fibers.
The need of fiber must be met every day. Fiber helps the digestive system process so it will be easier in colon cleansing. Fiber also helps avoid the risk of heart attack. Natural fibers can be obtained from vegetables, but not all kids love vegetables. You can substitute with whole grain bread, cereal or fruit.
