4 Easy To Make Recipes for Muscle Building Growth

You can try these recipes as they are very easy to make and delicious to eat.

Blueberry Cookies:

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • ? Cup oats
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Mix first three ingredients. Then mix them in blue berries and drop in to a greased cookie sheet. Then bake at 375 degree Celsius for fifteen minutes. It will make 10 cookies.

  • 0.7 grams fat
  • 5.5 grams carbs
  • Pumpkin Pancakes

    Ingredients:

  • ? cup oats
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • ? tbsp cinnamon
  • Splenda to taste
  • First heat a frying pan to medium temperature. Then mix all the ingredients drop by spoonful onto the plan, flipping when bubbles start to form. You can make about 4 to5 pancakes.

  • Protein Fudge Nuggets

    Ingredients:

  • 8 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup oatmeal (can be ground depending on the consistency you’d like)
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ? cup milk
  • 3 tbsp crushed peanuts
  • Mix together the protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey and milk. Make small balls and then roll in the crushed peanuts. It can easily be frozen in plastic bags.
