The debate as to whether the juice of the acai berry is more effective or the capsule is a long standing one with many people choosing one over the other. However, before actually entering this debate, it is important to understand the benefits of Acai berry.
Acai berry is a highly perishable fruit that is only available in the Amazon rainforests and cannot be exported to other countries in fruit form. Acai berry is an excellent weight loss ingredient as it helps remove unwanted fat from the body while increasing muscle and energy. Secondly, Acai berries are rich in Omega 3 and omega 9 fatty acids along with antioxidants, which enable it to strengthen the immune systems of the body by flushing out the toxins that are present.
The Debate of Acai Berry
Given the fact that the fruit cannot be transported in its original form, it is obvious that it is immediately transformed into various exportable forms like juice, capsules etc. What is better of the two is something that should be decided after understanding the similarities and differences of the two forms. The common factor in juice and capsule is that both come from the fruit itself, albeit after undergoing various processes. Hence both contain the essence of the Acai berry fruit completely.
The difference, however, lies in the fact that the juice is more flexible, in that it offers greater variety than the pill. For example, the acai berry juice can be mixed with various other beverages and taken, which allows you to add a variety of flavors to the original taste of the fruit. Moreover, as this is just a juice, it does not change the fruit much, which incidentally is not the case with the pill. The acai berry in the pill has undergone considerable change and hence may or may not be completely pure. However, the pill is easy to consume and for those who do not like juices or fruits, they can benefit from the goodness of the fruit without ever having to actually consume one.
Choice is Personal
Both the Acai Berry juice and capsule are beneficial and what you choose depends on your likes and dislikes. For those who love fruits and beverages, the juice is the best option as it provides complete richness of the fruit. However, for those on the move people popping a pill can be very easy. Depending on your lifestyle and preferences you can choose either form and benefit from the goodness of Acai berry.
