Vasectomy reversal is the surgical procedure in which the cut ends of the vas deferens are joined together (if the vas was cut after vasectomy operation). Only complication may be oozing out of blood from the incision site at the scrotum. This is again rare and will heal within a day or two. Failure of surgery is uncommon and it depends upon the skill of the surgeon.
