Inpatient drug rehab centers play an important role in treating those people who suffer out of moderate to very severe alcohol and drug abuse. Though these rehab centers are found to be expensive, they provide high level care towards their rehab clients with their highly experienced medical staffs and therapists. Care is taken on them inside a very good environment for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. People those who feel, they can’t come out of their drug abuse can be treated by these inpatient rehab centers. There are plenty of services offered by these inpatient drug rehab centers and some of them include medical exams, individual consultations, medication management, group consultation and lots more.
There are two major kinds of drug remedies available and they are outpatient care and Residential drug rehab. In case of outpatient care, the patient is treated on an occasional basis whereas in case of residential drug rehab, patient is taken care around the clock in well arranged environment under the therapists and others. In this case, the time duration may starts from few weeks to months depending on the condition of the patient.

I think you are correct - choosing the right rehab is key but there are a lot out there. I think a rehab needs to teach you some life skills in order to avoid getting in to the same trap
