The Zone Diet is assembled around the classic mix of low-far foodstuffs, such as fish and chicken, small amounts of fruits and vegetables, low-fat cheese and some olive oil. The Zone itself is a trendy term for attaining a state of hormonal balance (especially in glucagons and insulin) that permits the body to burn up the energy intake in a well-organized manner and to avoid storing calories as fat.
