The Ultimate New York Body Plan

The diet mentioned here is more of a power diet, meaning that you can only pull it off with a lot of strength of mind. The short-term consequences are bound to be stunning, but as always, there is no assurance about the long-term ones. Some diets are extremely severe on which foods are permitted and which are not, while others spotlight on accomplishing a balance stuck between dieting and exercise. The Ultimate New York Body Plan is an effort to move forward both the exercising and dieting to the boundary. Calorie consumption is kept at a smallest amount, while fat burning is exploited through a lengthy program of exercises.

The two-week plan is constructed around losing approximately 1,500 -2,000 calories per day. There are about five meals per day which consist of lean meat (chicken, fish and turkey), egg white omelet, vegetables and salad. Trust this fact or not, these are the only foods you are permitted to eat under this diet. No bread, absolutely no alcohol, no rice, no fruits, no dairy products. It’s a harsh program and suggested only to those who are certain they can bond to this grueling experience.

The meal plan is complemented by two protein shakes every day, which is helping your common health, but not your desire for food. And if the strict dieting is not sufficient, you are also going to enjoy 45 minutes of cardio-sculpting exercise and 45 minutes of cardio-vascular exercise. That’s appropriate to be a little rough on those not used to such strong workout. Some people can hardly stimulate themselves to work out half an hour every day, which is why this diet is rather determined to set the compulsory time limit at an hour and a half. I am not certain that many people are able to bond to this, but I presume that if you are really fond of this diet, then you can soldier on for two weeks.

As it is clearly visible, this diet is not for the pale hearted and absolutely not for the informal dieter. It takes a lot of strength of mind to refrain from quitting on the third day or so. People who have not exercised in years and have relatively some weight to loose should not try the 90-minute work out, since it’s simply too much all of a sudden for them. Also, this diet is more of a rapid fix since the weight lost during the two weeks will approach right back as soon as you are back on usual food.
