I decided that since no one had reviewed this item yet I’d share my experience with the product even though I’ve only been taking it for two days. I rated this as 4 stars based on the fact that it definitely “cleanses”. That said, this product really should come with a disclaimer like Alli does. I had no disillusions that use of the product would not make me go to the bathroom more, but I have experienced frequent, painful, loose bowel movements. I will not go into graphic details, but I will say that it definitely mimics the side effects associated with Alli (such as when you slip and eat fatty, greasy foods)and I have found myself darting to the bathroom. Knowing that this is supposed to “cleanse”, I would definitely say it’s doing so…but I would like to see the manufacturer indicate that you should expect this as an effect of use.
