If you want any diet plan to get success, you just have to follow one Golden Rule: Eat lesser calories than you burn off. Many different diet programs will give you different diet plans. They will tell you what to eat and what to drink. But reality is different. You can’t lose weight by following any of the available programs as practically you can’t maintain any of these diet rules regularly.
Generally people make big mistake when one diet plan don’t work for them, they just go for another available in the market. It is a big mistake. If you apply short term fasting in your diet plan, just a 24-hour fast once or twice a week, you will have surely had great deficit of calories at the end of the week. If you don’t eat for whole two days per week, it will be a great help for your body as more calories will consumed from the storage and in that way you can reach your fitness goals.
Short term fasting is the fastest way to achieve caloric deficit. But you have to be careful at a start of applying it as it can increase your metabolism during the first 24 to 36 hours. Short term fasting can be a great tool for loosing weight. You must try it as its cost you nothing!

I dont like fasting by any meanas it ruins metabolism
Fasting can work. And my top tip…..dont eat after your evening meal….nothing till breakfast other than water or juices.
