What’s Protein Guilt?
If some one eats any food and especially the food which he/she actually doesn’t need (extra food), just because he/she thinks that it is needed then he/she had a problem of Protein Guilt.
The person, who has Protein Guilt, has a habit to evaluate every meal for protein content.
If the meal which he/she is eating doesn’t have certain amount of protein in it, he/she will look for some other food for fulfilling the amount of protein after meal! If the person felt that the food hasn’t certain amount of protein in it, he/she couldn’t enjoy the meal!
Result of Protein Guilt:
Well, it’s very simple. If you eat unnecessarily in terms to get more protein, you will become fat and all your efforts of weight loss will go in to the vein.
Reality:
