This product is not worth your time or money. The pills are large, smelly, and hard to swallow. Once you finally get them down, it gets worse. They made me jittery, dizzy, and nauseous. I would feel terrible the entire day. I used the pills precisely as instructed for three days before quitting. I am not sure if I lost any weight, but even if I did, it was not worth it.
