I recently quit smoking, and I have been ravenously hungry all the time since. System Six has given me freedom from that crazy hunger. I still feel physical hunger most of the time (nicotine withdrawal = altered levels of blood glucose), but it isn’t distracting and compelling anymore. In just 2 days I’ve lost three of the ten pounds I gained - I’m sure much of that is water, but there is nothing wrong with getting rid of the bloat!
Bonus: I’m better able to focus at work.
I initially worried that all the various forms of caffeine would keep me up at night, but so far I’m falling asleep fine.
