Fresh vegetables - cabbages, broccoli, spinach, Swiss chard are good source of Vitamin A and C. They help in production of sebum, our natural conditioner of hair. Spinach and broccoli are also full of Vitamin E. It is a powerful antioxidant and helps in protection of the bulb of the hair. Any free radicals present in the scalp will be neutralized by this vitamin. It also increases blood circulation in the scalp, thus promoting rapid hair growth.
Salmon and flaxseed oil - this fish is flooded with Omega-3 fatty acid, another powerful antioxidant. It will help to reach individual hair to reach plateau phase earlier. Thus you can get a scalp full of healthy hair.
Lifestyle modification - do not shampoo your hair daily, rather 3 times a day will do. Choose a natural shampoo that does not contain chemical bleach. Avoid using hair accessories like hair clips and pony tail holders as far as possible. Regular trimming the damaged end of your hair is necessary. It is better not to comb your hair when they are wet. You must sleep for at least 8 hours day and drink plenty of water.
