Hemorrhoids care and preventive measures
1. Apply affected region with an icy compress unswervingly onto the hemorrhoid. Ask a family unit member to apply your compress as you lie with your facedown.
2. Do not be seated for too long as it will build your hemorrhoid worse.
3. Clean the region well with lukewarm water more than a few times a day.
4. Moisten the paper and utilize it after a bowel movement.
5. Eat whole grains, fresh vegetables and beans. They include fiber, which helps forms stools and makes the larger simpler to pass.
6. Take Sitz bath around 4-5 times a day.
7. Do not damage yourself during bowel movement.
8. Buy a doughnut fashioned cushion. They are accessible in medical supply stores and pharmacies, and can be helpful to hemorrhoid sufferers. Try and sit on it as educated.

b) Laser coagulation- The hemorrhoid is coagulated with an electric probe which again reduces its size.
c) Hemorrhoidectomy- Absolute removal of the hemorrhoid.

The hemorrhoids care after surgical or clinical treatment comprises drinking lots of water, high fiber diet, safe bowel movements, etc. Forever take care that the problem does not happen again.
