Integrating a detox diet into your weight loss plan can provide you more than clean skin and enhanced bodily functions. Vegetables: turnip, peppers, cauliflower, carrots, swede, cucumber, salad, sweet corn, onion, leeks, tomatoes, broccoli, sprouts, and mushrooms

Beans and Lentils: haricot, red kidney, pinto, green, red, and brown lentils

Fresh Fish: plaice, salmon, haddock, cod, mackerel, crab, prawns, tuna, monk fish, lemon sole

Unsalted Nuts: peanuts, cashew, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, Oats

Avoid:

  • All forms of chicken, red meat, turkey, and other meat products such as burgers or sausages
  • Dairy Products such as Milk, cheese, eggs, cream, butter and margarine
  • Wheat products such as bread, croissants, cereals, cakes, biscuits, pies, pastry or quiche
  • Savoury foods: crisps or salted nuts
  • Treats: chocolate, sweets and jams
  • All processed foods, ready meals and takeaways
  • Alcohol, caffeine, tea or fizzy drinks
