Bleeding Internal Hemorrhoids

They are enclosed by a mucous membrane. The interior hemorrhoids is graded to help with the choice of a treatment plan. The treatment is then given as per the grade. The grade of the hemorrhoid is directly proportional on the extent of descent into the anal canal and away of the anus. The most regular sign of internal hemorrhoids is rectal bleeding. Hemorrhoids can ooze new red blood, whether situated internally or externally. But bleeding interior hemorrhoids might produce fresh blood in the stool.
Causes for bleeding internal hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids can build up from any ordinary sources of pressure include like
a) Sitting or standing for prolonged hours
b) Pregnancy and childbirth
c) Constipation and extra straining of the bowel
d) Diarrhea, where the expulsion of loose stools is continuous
e) Lifting very heavy weights or objects
f) Obesity
How to handle the bleeding internal hemorrhoids
a) Wipe yourself with an unsoiled soaked toilet paper. Wetting the paper makes it spongy.
b) Check with a doctor right away. If you have been facing the problem of bleeding internal hemorrhoids then notify him if your bleeding is not halting If you are not conscious of why you are bleeding, go for a check up as more than frequently anal fissure is misguided for bleeding internal hemorrhoids.
c) Ask for emergency help if you observe large amounts of rectal bleeding along with faintness or dizziness.
Treatments for bleeding internal hemorrhoids
If the bleeding isn’t stopping with suggested medicines, the doctor may recommend
a) Rubber band ligation- Here one or two minute rubber bands around the base of an inner hemorrhoid to cut off its circulation and the hemorrhoid cascades off.
b) Laser treatment- A rupture of infrared light can cut off movement to small, bleeding, internal hemorrhoids.
c) Sclerotherapy- In this procedure a chemical solution is inserted around the blood vessel to contract the hemorrhoid.
d) Hemorrhoidectomy- This is the final resource if other procedures fall short. Here the surgery is completed with local anesthetic mixed with sedation, and requires an all night hospital stay.
