Gaining fat is a gradual process and there is a good chance that you might never notice it. And once you do it might beer too late. So before it is too late, pull up your socks and start working out.
It is very important that you have efficient workout routines that will not collide with your social and professional life. Time management is very important for effective workouts. When you resume your exercise after a long time, the lack of time to do it seems to be the most difficult hurdle to overcome. Many people start working out and give it up within no time as they cannot manage enough time to exercise.
But weight loss exercises are not that time consuming. It would be good enough if you can manage 20 minutes every day. The trick is to know the right exercises which will enable you to get rid of your fat with a fewS minutes of exercise. You do not have to spend hours in the gym and go through all the hardcore exercises to lose your weight. You will have to keep it simple but be very regular with it. Just do the basic exercises like sit ups and running. If possible do swimming twice a week for 5-7 laps and it should be good enough to take you back to your good old days. Good luck.

You have some excellent points here. As well, study after study has shown that psychological skills training is key to performance, ongoing motivation and success in general health for athletes. It is important for healthy weight as well. I am currently researching this area, and find that in sports, positive thinking, or what is also known as law of attraction strategy, is now included in all training programs.
Great article, I couldn’t agree more with you. At least 20-30 mins a day is the recommended time you give for exercise.
