Set Short Time Targets:
To set short term targets or goals is a very powerful tool. It can be very helpful in achieving your long term goals. Set several and achievable short term goals. Start with one day goals with multiple parts like morning, evening and night. Set short term goals and finish them in time. Set time for eating fruits and vegetables. Make a list of the goals that you have achieved. Slowly you will get confidence from it and you will go towards your overall long term goal of weight loss. As you achieve any goal, just note it down in the list. After a few weeks, you will feel great after seeing the list of what you have achieved so far.

It is always said to eat less but that’s not going to work. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. And one easy way of doing that is to eat less. But here is a big confusion. You should concentrate on eating fewer calories, not the quantity of food. It doesn’t matter much if the diet is of high protein. As long as you are eating fewer calories than your basic requirements you will lose weight.
Eat more Fruits and Vegetables:
Fruits and vegetables consume lot of space in your stomach and fill it without adding too many calories. So if you eat fruits and vegetables instead of some high sugar of high fat food.
Add High Intensity Exercise in Your Daily Routine:
High intensity exercise ensures that you are burn lots of calories and working all the muscles in your body. These types of exercise burns more calories and build and tone muscles which keeps your metabolism up.
Exercise in a Team:
Get as many of your close friends and family on your exercise team as possible. This will help you greatly in achieving goals. Make sure you always have at least two or three people with you during the exercise so that you can keep on tracking your progress.
