The real question you should ask yourself is this… “How soon do I want to lose your body fat?” The ONLY answer would be to start your weight loss plans RIGHT NOW!!!
And sure… you ARE busy! But that shouldn’t be an excuse because getting your weight under control is going to promote your mental and physical health.
You won’t be so tired… you will eliminate “cravings”… you will get smaller and fit in your “thin” clothes again… You will feel great… you will have more endurance and best of all, you can release your stress with a good workout.
All I see is benefits here if you start your weight loss plans… immediately!
And the longer you put it off… the harder it will be getting that excess weight off.
