Acne is commonly associated with teenagers. But this cruel disease is not just limited to teens as people of old age are acne victims too. Acne spots are not just on their face. But It ruin there self esteem. They hide themselves and always keep a safe distance with others. These teenagers as well as mature people are self conscious about acne marks on their faces.

It is not fatal skin disease as it is assumed to be. People seek medical acne treatment or some home remedies for curing acne. A lot of myths and rumors are connected to acne. You all know that there are three types of skins. # 1 Oily Skin # 2 dry Skin # 3 Normal Skin. All of us have little hairs on our faces they are called pores. These pores contains of little sebaceous glands which produce oil onto the skin. If this oil discharge from pores remain constant. Skin remains clear, fresh and glowing. But sometime it happens that these skin pores become blocked. This sluggish material builds up under the skin. This kind of conditions is ideal for bacteria to flourish. If you don’t treat this situation as early as possible. These bacteria start formatting a micro comedown.

Acne is inflamed type of micro comedown. The non-inflammatory acne appears in the form of whiteheads and black heads. These black and white heads are produced under the skin. Whiteheads are trapped bacteria that pop on the skin in the form of a pimple. Blackheads appear when the pores open up and melanin-containing sebum oxidizes black or brown colors. The non-inflammatory acne fade a way slowly as the much essential skin oil is reproduced from the pores. Skin become clean and clear as pores release the required oil.

This crack leads to development of a papule which includes white blood cells. When this white blood cell is released on your skin it turns into an abscess. In our common manner of speaking you can call it a ZIT or Pimple.

There is a myth that acne is caused by depression. It is quite true that if you have acne tension a stress will make it worse. It is commonly observed that a person in Depression often rubs his forehead or put his face on his hands. There are germs on your hands which enter in the open pores quite easily.
