Round 1) jumping jacks, for three minutes.
Round 2) curls, for two minutes standing up.
Round 3) sit ups, for one minute ( any type of crunch or sit up will do).
Rest one minute.
Round 4) Jumps, for three minutes (jumping up and down for as high as you can).
Round 5) Press, for two minutes (press the weights or phone books from shoulder to over your head).
Round 6) curls, for two minutes standing up.
Round 7) Jumps, for three minutes (jumping up and down for as high as you can).
Rest for one minute.
Round
Push ups, for one minute.
Round 9) sit ups, for one minute ( any type of crunch or sit up will do).
Round 10) jumping jacks, for three minutes.
Round 11) push ups, for one minute.
Round 12) steps or knee highs, for three minutes (run up and down a flight of stairs or running in place bringing your knees as high as possible).
