There are many serious diseases which come from obesity. Heart attack, high blood pressure, and cancer are only few examples. Research showed that obese people have more than 70% increased risk of being attacked by these diseases than normal people. Of course this is quite risky but we usually do not care if someone close to us can be considered as an obese person.
Believe it or not, stress is the biggest factor in obesity. When someone becomes stressful, usually he eats lots of food and he simply ignores exercises. This is why there are too many obese people in our world, because they can’t control their stress level. Well, working is the causa prima of this problem. Some people become stressful because of their works so they eat high-fat foods and become too lazy to take regular exercises. If you want to make your future a better life, you must try to reduce your stress level by relaxing and take better quality foods. I think you should follow a fat loss program which can attract you.
