Is Your Vitamin E Safe?

I’m going to tell you something that even your own doctor probably doesn’t know……there’s an important difference between Natural and Synthetic Vitamin E.
Vitamin E, which has antioxidant activity, is actually available in many different forms. But only the molecules that have a “right-handed” shape are the ones found in human beings.
Fortunately, it is these same “right-handed” molecules that are also found in plant oils. So NATURAL VITAMIN E that comes from plant oils matches the Vitamin E that occurs naturally in the human body.
In contrast, SYNTHETIC VITAMIN E is formed by combining two artificial molecules together. We know this part is boring, but the two molecules are isophytol and trimethylhydroquinone.This creates a half-n-half mixture of the Natural “Right-Handed” Vitamin E along with “Left-Handed” Artificial Vitamin E.
Your chances of getting the “good,” right handed Vitamin E with SYNTHETIC VITAMIN E is like flipping a coin. Worse, the “left-handed” Vitamin E is a waste product, doing absolutely nothing for your health or your eyes.

And remember, that the Left-Handed Molecules are not found normally in the human body.
