How To Successfully Lose Weight?

Yep, media are obsessed to tell us stories about sexy public figures and they even create false hopes for us. They want us to follow their stories, want us to follow their guides, and eventually we will fail in our weight loss quest. You are not alone. Don’t worry. There are many people out there who have also failed because of these hypes. If in the past media often talked about ideal weight, now they have new scheme. They often talk about BMI (body mass index) calculation.
BMI is used to calculate our ideal weight based on our height. However, BMI is not the real ideal indicator despite it’s much more accurate than any other standard tools. By trusting our weight loss process to BMI alone, automatically we only care about our weight, nothing else. Well, to lose weight, you need to eliminate your excess fat. The other ways will only give you diseases in long term.
Low-carb or no-carb diets, for example, will help you to lose your weight and make you feel better when you calculate your BMI. Nevertheless, low-carb diet won’t help you to lose fat but it helps you to lose muscle and glycogen. Yes, you will lose your weight but you will also get serious diseases in long term. The other ways work in similar ways. They help you to lose some pounds but you will get back to your old shape or at least you will get some diseases after you follow these weight loss plans.
The only way to lose weight actually is fat loss program. To lose your excess fat, you need dedication. It’s uneasy to lose 6 pounds per month if you follow any fat loss programs but believe me it’s much better to lose only 6 pounds per month (but you lose your excess fat) rather than if you lose more than 20 pounds but you lose your muscle (not your excess fat). Beside fat loss programs, fat loss pills or traditional workouts can also help.
