Step 1: To Lose 40 Pounds In 4 Weeks
Daily exercise is an essential and important aspect of any weight loss regimen. If you are not exercising and getting your heart rate up at least a few times a week, than its likely you cannot and will not be burning enough calories to lose 40 pounds in 4 weeks. That being said, if you really want drastic and quick weight loss results, drink lots of water, and do interval training on an elliptical or treadmill for at least 20-30 minutes 3 times a week. Interval training has been researched to burn the most calories in the long term.
Step 2: To Lose 40 Pounds In 4 Weeks
You must eat a balanced and varied diet in order to have any chance to lose 40 pounds in 4 weeks. Your body utilizes over 40 minerals and vitamins on a daily basis, and if you’re diet isn’t bringing those nutrients into your system, your body can’t do it’s job. So, to have a balanced and varied diet, eat smaller portions every 3 hours throughout the day, and be sure to eat proteins and good fats at every meal. In trying to do this, you will inevitable balance out your meals with foods you wouldn’t normally eat.
