How To Get Rid Of Belly Fat With A 5 Minute Workout

I bet You might want to start out with my program. In this article I’ll give you a 5 minute workout and some advice on nutrition.

5 Minute Workout
The secret behind workout is intensity. Without intensity you can workout for hours for no results. Isn’t that what most Gym coaches teach you. They’ll make you walk/jog on those treadmills for 40-50 minutes and then another hour on machines.
Instead if you up your tempo high you can lose all the weight you want in no time. Today I am going to show you interval training as explained by Dr Izumi Tabata.
I want you to pick any one of these exercise.
Squat
Lunge
Sprint
Now use this Workout Routine.
Workout for 20 seconds without any breaks. Rest for 10 seconds. Do this for 8 times.
You can do this with any of the above exercises. The intensity of these exercises will make your legs beg for mercy. Trust me on that.
No Dieting Only Nutrition :
Of course you have to improve your diet. Workout combined with good diet will help you boost your metabolism and help you lose weight even when you are not working out. Here’s a good tip. Start eating good food 6-8 times a day(you know what they are).
Eliminate fried foods. Do we need to say why?
Eliminate Sugar from your diet: This is going to be bit tough. Eliminate all the sugar from your diet. If you want, then try honey from your local bee farmer.
Ditch Your Fast food, Colas, Bakery, chocolate etc etc.
Eat lot of fiber in your meals.
Eat protein with every serving of your meal. It’ll help you with insulin releases in your body.
If you follow these nutrition tips and keep a tab on your intensity while working out you’ll find yourself losing weight like it’s nobody’s business.
