How To Build Monster Grip Strength

Grip strength training requires a different type of training than other muscular training. TIt’s because its based on the interplay of the tendons and muscles and the lack of “down time” or rest that most people’s hands get.
There are basically 3 types of grip training you can involve with.
1. Hand shake Grip.
2. Pinch Grip
3. Hold Grip.
Training for Handshake or crush grip is like it said is the grip that’s requires the use of whole hand. If you crush someones hand you’ll be using this grip. To train this kind of grip requires holding and crushing big, heavy awkward objects.
Training for Pinch Grip. This kind of grip is employed by use of your figures and thumb, often with less support from palm. If you lift 40 lb plate, you’ll be holding it in pinch grip and that’s the way you should be training for it.
Hold Grip is one of the most common day to day use grip. It’s like holding a bucket or can. This kind of grip is utilized in strength training sports as “Farmer walks”.
Best Exercises To Increase grip strength.
If you are planning to build a might grip, I highly recommend you to treat as a body part. Workout at least 2-3 times a week. And include different equipments to build strength in your tendons and ligaments in your wrists.
Using Thick Bars : If you are working out with dumbells or bar bells. I highly recommend you to use a Think bar. The thickness should be at least 2 inch in diameter. You’ll realize how difficult it becomes to lift heavy with thick bars.
Pinch Grip Heavy Weights: If you are using heavy weights then pick them up in pinch grip and walk to the rack and place it. Do it few times while you are working out… Spend few minutes after your workouts on pinch grip.
Heavy dumbbell for Hold Grip Take a Heavy dumbbell and do a farmers walk as long as possible. It’ll build massive hold grip.
