How Free Fitness Programs Can Cost You More Than Programs You Pay For!

But what if I told you that, even though they’re 100% free, you might be wasting more of your money by following these programs than if you actually paid money for a fitness program?
I know it sounds a bit strange, but let me explain.
Free fitness programs are completely worthless most of the time. They give you nothing of real value and nothing you can really put into a plan and make work for you. They might give you a little background information or even a program laid out for you, but they aren’t customized.
For example these programs might advise a 250lb. person to do the same workout as a 115lb. person!
Therefore, you’re probably going to waste a bunch of your time trying to either customize it to your own situation or doing the workout they provide with absolutely no results.
So in short you’re going to be wasting a lot of time. And what does time equal? Yep, you got it right, money!
Let me put it this way. Would you rather get a free fitness program and wander around aimlessly and make no progress, or invest just a few bucks in your health and get on the fast track to incredible fitness?
If you picked the latter statement, you’re my kind of person. I would personally much rather have all the information in one easy to read spot and be able to make progress in a shorter amount of time.
Do yourself a favor and try to skip free fitness programs from now on. Instead, do some research, read reviews, and invest a few bucks in your health that will pay huge dividends for the rest of your life.
