These include such ingredients such as turkey, quality carbohydrates, tuna, fruits and oatmeal to name a few. Proteins like the onces mentioned above and carbohydrates should be eaten together in every meal and they should be in the right balance to lose weight.

3. Exercise to burn that fat -

You can cut your calories from foods or you can burn them through a good exercise plan. It is recommended that you do both. Decrease the amount of high calorie for intake and increase your exercise activity. With regards to exercise, you can start doing weight training and you can do some cardio workout. By doing this, you will start to increase your metabolism with the intense cardio workout and muscle building through weight training.
