Dry Skin Lotion

If somebody wants to treat dry skin he should use cold water for washing his face and body. You should eat fish and other sea foods which provide essential oils which are needed for a healthy skin. After taking bath you can apply a skin lotion which contains essential oils. Your diet should contain lot of green vegetables and fruits as they can give you sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals. To maintain the moisture of your skin you should drink lot of water as it makes your skin soft and washes out all the harmful toxins from your body. You should also apply oil on your body which should be rich in vitamin E. Vitamin E rich oils are olive oil and almond oil.
To return the moisture of your skin you should use natural skin care products as these products do not have any harmful effects. You should remember that our skin is one of the most important organs in our body and we should take good care of it. A person can achieve a smooth glowing skin if he will choose right skin care products.
