1. You MUST eat breakfast… and I mean a BIG breakfast. Actually, breakfast should be the only big mean you have all day. Now, I realize that you may not be hungry when you wake up… in fact; this is because we have “trained” our bodies over time to not feel hungry when we wake up. If you were to start eating a big breakfast when you first wake up, in about a weeks’ time you will start to wake up hungry. Don’t believe me? Try it for a week. It is important to eat a big breakfast because you body won’t have to try and make up the missing calories that it didn’t get a breakfast. This is a giant metabolism mistake.
2. Do Squats, Cardio Style… This is an awesome calorie burner exercise. Basically, all you have to do is to squat; except you do it as fast as you can, while maintaining proper form. You only need to do this for a few minutes. Trust me, this burns calories incredibly fast. It is great for losing belly fat fast. As you progress, try and do more squats in a five minute period. You only need to do this once a day for 5 minutes. Nice and simple, and no weight are necessary.
3. Eat A LOT Of Apples… I know I know… what boring advice… but in order to get the absolute fastest weight loss possible, you are going to have to eat at least 3 apples a day. If you do this, you should lose at least an extra 2 mounts per month.
4. Use This Simple Kid’s Toy… Which toy? A Hula hoop! This is becoming increasingly popular with women around the world simply because it is great at targeting your hips and stomach. If you can do it about 10 minutes a day, you will be toning up that body fast.
