A,B,C vitamins and their use

What are vitamins? These is a special group of substances that playing complex biological functions in our body. Fast food and genetically modified products that are so widespread today in the United States and what Americans adore lacks essential minerals and vitamins. The problem is further compounded by the lack of awareness what kind of vitamins and how they should be consumed, with what food. The majority of people thinks that the natural vitamins can be easily replaced by their artificial equivalents that can be bought at any vitamin shop. We are not here to judge the best sides and drawbacks of artificial vitamins but to find out what are the various vitamins that are to be consumed.

For sure Vitamin A, B and C are the most demanded vitamins. Vitamin A also known as Retinol can be found in a large number of food products, like melon, potatoes, milk, beef, carrots, turkey, butter, fish, eggs and so on. Deficiency of Retinol results in unnatural hair graying as well as it can lead to vision problems. Vitamin A Beta-Carotene helps to maintain a proper DNA function and for sure is in your “must be” list.

The B group of vitamins plays a unique role of supplying necessary elements to our body and the lack of this process can easily lead to anemia and even more serious health problems. In cosmetics vitamin B is responsible for the healthy skin and is an inalianble component for treating skin issues like acne. Complete B-complex contains definite amounts of all the B-vitamins and is to be taken regularly.
