3 Tips on How to Clear Acne For Good

If you’re anything like me, you have suffered and fought with acne for several years with little to no lasting success.

I personally had acne for just under 13 years and tried everything from antibiotics to Accutane and still had terrible cystic acne and blackheads everywhere including my face, neck, and back. I got so fed up that I almost gave up until I got some valuable information that changed my outlook (and my skin) for good.

Here are the 3 tips you will need to clear your acne for good. All it takes is a little discipline. Keep in mind that all 3 of these things must be done in order for your skin to clear up, doing only one or two will NOT work which is why you have probably seen moderate success doing just one or two of the following tips.

1. The first thing I will tell you, and this is the opposite of what your doctor or dermatologist probably told you, is that diet 100% affects acne. I don’t care what they say, I have tested it and it is a proven fact. You need to eat a diet rich in nutrients and low in anything that can cause inflammation. Vegetable oil is one example of an inflammatory food that you really must avoid for clear skin.

2. The next tip is that you need to supplement with a few high quality and all natural supplements. One such supplement that you may not have heard of is Spirulina. It’s one of the most nutrient dense super-foods in the world and will help you clear your skin dramatically when combined with diet and the third tip.

3. Lastly, and I am going to combine a few things here, you need to get some exercise, fresh air, and at least a little sunlight. These things will help clear your system of toxins that build up and allow your body to expel anything that will potentially harm you (this obviously includes your skin). I highly recommend at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, preferably outdoors.
