Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst, Dr. Perricone, and many other doctors have claimed they found the new alternatives to lose excess fat. Some of them caused stir but in the end, it’s all the same. Just different brand, different faces, but same methods. Weight loss industry is all about money, not different from other industries. When you succeed, some duplicators would try to compete with you using the same methods, same marketing, but different “faces”.

Sometimes this made me sick because most of them failed to help anything. If you ever heard a diet program or book that can help your diabetic problem and your weight problem, that book or program must be a lie. Yes, diabetes is related to weight loss but so far there is no such thing that can help us to control these two things at once.

So how to lose weight faster? You must be very cautious with your steps. Whenever you get tempted to buy any diet book or program, surf the internet first or ask your friends about it. Personally, I don’t believe in a book that tells us exercise “A” is much more effective than exercise “B” to burn fat, etc. Yes, exercise is important but it’ll only help you to maintain your weight unless you can control what you eat. That’s why to lose fat, you need to eat the right foods (like buying foods from diet home delivery services).

Combine the right foods, right exercise, and right weight loss pill. Trusted diet pill like proshape RX or Hoodia can help you but again, you must be cautious in picking the right diet supplement for you. Some people with weaker health level won’t be able to take any drugs. Use diet pill only as the tool to aid your whole diet process. If not, you’ll be disappointed. 100%.
